Job Summary & Qualifications |
Candy production is broken down into two primary areas,
candy kitchen and chocolate production. Candy kitchen workers measure and cook basic ingredients to make confections. Chocolate production workers work primarily with chocolate, producing solid and hollow chocolate items, coating candy centers in chocolate, and packaging of select products. Must have a pleasant manner, basic math skills, and have the ability to learn about all aspects of chocolate and confectionery production. You are comfortable working in both warm and cool environments, and being on your feet throughout your shift. You can lift 50 pounds by yourself. You enjoy working as part of our fun team.
