Job Summary & Qualifications |
At Vande Walle's Candies you will use your entrepreneurial skills
to run the store like it were your own, coaching and mentoring your
employees to assist in the day-to-day operations (inventory management,
scheduling, sales programs, etc). As part of the management team you will need to be flexible to get the store running efficiently and create new solutions to problems that arise; changing plans at a moments notice will be part of the regular duties. Continually display customer service and sales skills as your top priority. Demonstrate entrepreneurial ability to create energy and motivation. Proven skills in "thinking outside the chocolate box". Success in talent (succession) planning, coaching, mentoring, training others. Management positions require a minimum of 2 years store management experience in a fast paced retail or hospitality environment. On-going training will be provided for all positions.
